Product information and Technical condition

Kraftig och välfungerande självinställande rullbock (svetslägeställare) av märket Wuxi Volcano Welding & Cutting Equipment. Perfekt för rotation av rör, cisterner och andra cylindriska objekt vid svetsning, skärning eller ytbehandling. Uppsättningen består av en driven sektion och en medlöpare (idler). Eftersom modellen är självinställande ("Self-alignment") anpassar sig rullarna automatiskt efter arbetsstyckets diameter, vilket sparar mycket tid vid omställningar. Maskinen är utrustad med en robust snäckväxel från Ford Speed Reducer Co. (utväxling 1:60) för ett mycket högt och stabilt vridmoment. Hastigheten regleras steglöst via frekvensomformare (transducer control).
