Komplett biovarmeanlegg med tilhørende fyrhus selges. Anlegget er fullt funksjonsdyktig og har vært i drift frem til salg. Salget omfatter et komplett anlegg med fyrhus, biokjel, 3 000 liters akkumulatortank, styringssystem, pumper, røropplegg og skorstein.

Anlegget er utstyrt med en Unical GLG 50 biokjel med en samlet effekt på ca. 89 kW (54 + 35 kW). Fyrhuset er isolert og oppført som en frittstående bygning med alle tekniske installasjoner samlet i én komplett løsning. Dette gjør anlegget godt egnet for flytting og etablering på nytt sted.

Kjelen, styringsskapet og de tekniske installasjonene fremstår som godt vedlikeholdt. Anlegget er fullt funksjonsdyktig og selges slik det står.

Fyrhuset har utvendige mål på ca. 2,75 m bredde, 6,38 m lengde og 3,30 m høyde. Det følger med stålpipe og 3 000 liters akkumulatortank.
