Anlegget er brukt til å varme opp en vanlig kunstgress 11èr fotballbane. Lite brukt og i meget god teknisk og visuell stand, det er montert i 2015.
Det er komplett anlegg med container, fyringsanlegg og tank. Fyringsanlegg for propan gass med gasstank på 6,3 m3 som er gravd ned under bakken. Denne blir gravd opp før henting av nye eiere. Fyringsanlegg er på hele 830KW!
Selve fyringsanlegg er plassert i container så det er mobilt og oversiktlig anlegg. Dokumentasjon fra autorisert personell følger med.
