Byggeår 1996 Norport fra 1999 med nyere Crawford lydsvak motor. Lysarmaturer i tak, kontakter rundt på vegg. 6stk LED lysarmaturer utvendig av nyere dato. Skrudde dragere i 4 deler. Sveiset til plate mot gulv. Hallen har stått på nåværende lokasjon siden 2008.

NB NB ! opplysning tilført 05.09 vedrørende rivningsprosess; Byggherre blir innsender av rivningssøknad til kommune, og kjøper av hallen blir part i rivningssøknad i sammen med byggherre. Grunnet uviss behandlingstid hos kommune må man ta høyde for at tidspunkt for oppstart av rivningsprosess kan forsinkes noe.

Kjøper har ansvar for nedmontering. Hallen må være fjernet til uke 41. Budvinner forplikter seg til at hallen skal være bortfraktet innen dato. og ordren i annet fall kanselleres og summen som evt refunderes er fratrukket det NCC får i ekstrakostnader. Arbeidet knyttet til demontering av objektet vil være omfattet av NCC's HMS reglement. NCC’s HMS krav går ut på at det skal brukes riktig verneutstyr ved demonteringen – synlighetstøy, hjelm, vernesko samt fallsikring ved jobbing i høyden. I tillegg må sertifikater ifm. bruk av kran, lift, gravemaskin, stillas osv. forelegges. Herunder etterlevelse av NCC's interne retningslinjer og øvrige lovkrav» Kjøper må selv innhente tillatelse fra kommunen.

Year of construction 1996 Norport from 1999 with newer Crawford quiet engine. Light fixtures in the ceiling, sockets around the wall. 6 pcs LED light fixtures outside of recent date. Screwed beams in 4 parts. Welded to plate against floor. The hall has been in its current location since 2008.

Please note the following:

NB NB! information added 05.09 regarding demolition process; The developer submits the demolition application to the municipality, and the buyer of the hall becomes a party to the demolition application together with the developer. Due to the uncertain processing time at the municipality, it must be taken into account that the start of the demolition process may be delayed somewhat.

Buyer is responsible for disassembly. The hall must be removed by week 41. The winning bidder undertakes that the hall must be removed by the date. and the order is otherwise canceled and the sum that may be refunded is deducted from what NCC receives in extra costs. The work related to dismantling the object will be covered by NCC's HSE regulations. Including compliance with NCC's internal guidelines and other legal requirements" The buyer must obtain permission from the municipality himself. NCC's HSE requirements are that the correct protective equipment must be used during dismantling - visibility clothing, helmet, safety shoes and fall protection when working at height. In addition, certificates related to use of crane, lift, excavator, scaffolding etc. is submitted
